Sales and coupon code policy: Coupon codes cannot be combined or applied more than once. Limit one per household address. Coupon codes are not accepted during BOGO sales. Coupon codes are valid on all products EXCEPT  Celtic Jewel.

BOGO sales are valid on all of our products EXCEPT certain items where noted: Kits and Celtic Jewel.

No coupon code needed for a BOGO sale, the extra products don’t show up in your cart, we just add them to the back end. Each BOGO order is photographed right before packing to ensure accuracy.

Not to be combined with any other offer and gift certificates are not accepted for BOGO sales.

All of your products are made fresh to order, and yes, this does take a wee bit o’ time, but we promise, it’s worth the wait.

Please allow 10 business days to receive your order. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number. All orders over $150 will automatically get Signature Confirmation tracking.

All BOGO sales are final.

 It feels strange to even mention this, but it’s the times we live in: In the event of an Act of God (i.e. a government shutdown of the post office etc.),  please allow a little grace and compassion in timing.



Shipping and Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Amazon we’re not.

We send out orders twice a week (Tuesdays & Fridays). All orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail.

As a general rule, please allow up to ten days to receive your order, longer if you are outside the U.S. Sometimes you may get your order within three days, it just depends on when you place your order.

Please understand that making your products is a loving process that takes time (which is also why it’s so good!). I would not recommend waiting until the last drop to reorder.

What is your return policy?

We believe in the Golden Rule, to treat our valued customers as we would want to be treated.

Therefore, if you are unhappy with anything you purchase for any reason, simply give us a call within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a return authorization number, and we will cheerfully refund your money and part friends, does that sound fair?

If returning a purchase made during a BOGO sale, both the purchase and the gift must be included with the return.

We are also happy to trouble shoot with you.

The top three reasons you would have a problem is because:

1. You are using too much of one product, or layering too many products at once. Our products are concentrated (made without water) so you only need a VERY small amount. Overuse will result in irritation or breakout. Simply cut back on the amount of product you are using and it should be fine.

2. You do not like the scent of the natural aromatherapy in the products. Most people love the aromas of the products, but from time to time, someone will have a strong aversion to the combination of the scents and cannot use the products.

3. You are genuinely allergic to a particular ingredient. When you are allergic to an ingredient, you will experience redness and itching almost immediately. Remove it and discontinue use.

If you are extremely sensitive to products of any kind, I recommend starting with a travel kit first, and if the products agree with your skin, then purchase full sizes.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the following countries:

You are responsible for VAT taxes within your country.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery due to customs delays.


Sometimes my products don't look/feel/smell the same, did you change the recipe?

All of our products are hand-blended in micro-batches. This is to ensure you get the freshest products.

The recipe for every product is the same each time. However, sometimes the raw ingredients are purchased from different vendors across the globe. Each vendor’s ingredients may have a slightly different aroma due to the climate and soil of that particular vendor.

Temperatures will also influence how the product arrives to you. In warmer months, some products may arrive softer.

Do you offer free samples?

Everything we make is hand blended, which is very labor intensive and we only use the finest (food) grade raw ingredients, which are extremely costly. Additionally, a small sample is not going to give you enough time to experience a true change in your skin.

For that reason, we offer travel kits, which contain skin-specific products (dry/dehydrated, anti-aging, sensitive/acne) as well as a kit which contains the entire line (Love Your Skin Travel Kit).

These kits will enable you to try the products for 7-10 days to see if it’s right for you.

We also offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you aren’t happy with the products, so that removes any risk on your part for trying our products.

I'm a blogger or writer and would like to review your products, how can I get samples to review?

We love partnering with beauty bloggers and journalists. Please send us an inquiry through our Contact Us form, along with the name of your website, social media platforms and a let us know why you think we would be a good match.

We will do some research and get back to you within one week.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

At this time we do not offer a wholesale program.
